303(d) List of Water Quality Impaired Streams

Every two years, DEQ assesses water quality and reports to EPA on the condition of Oregon's waters. The EPA approved Oregon's list of quality impaired streams on February 26, 2007.

The Watewater Permits Database is available online to allow the public to search DEQ's Source Information System (SIS) for information on National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) permits.

DEQ Database of Underground Injection Control (UIC) Wells

Oregon's UIC Inventory program ranks in the top five nationwide (2006) based on the number of stormwater injecctcion systems. A summarized, searchable version of the UIC database is available to the public.

Analysis of Treatment System Performance provides a summary analysis of BMPs entered into the database through 2005.
